We would like to thank all our customers for their continued support. Please know that we are following and monitoring guidance from the UK Government and our holiday lets remain open for business.
Together with our cleaners we are sticking to strict COVID-19 cleaning policies to ensure that your stay is as safe as possible. Our policies include:
Using anti-viral cleaning agents.
Performing deep cleans .
Focusing more on high use surfaces such as handles, switches, remotes etc.
Bacteria free laundry washing.
Hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray is being left at all properties.
Please see below your options, should a COVID-19 government announcement prevent you from being able to attend stays booked directly with us at The Cosy Collection Ltd.:
We can move your reservation to another available date, at no extra cost, providing the date is within 12 months of the previous reservation.
We can cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.
If you have not made your reservation with us, The Cosy Collection Ltd. please check with whom you made the booking for their COVID-19 reservation policies i.e. AirBnB, Booking.com etc.
